Generally, an event manager’s hourly rate ranges between €65 and €150. This doesn’t really reflect experience or professionalism. It mostly depends on the way each event manager works and what they feel is fair.

Some charge a bit more, others a bit less. On top of that, some event managers work on a commission basis, taking a percentage of the total event budget.

At YV Events, both options are possible. I like to work with you to figure out what fits best for your event and your budget. You’re always welcome to let me know your maximum budget, so we can create a plan that feels comfortable for you.

To keep everything transparent, I also maintain a log of all the hours I spend on your event.
